It's looking like 12th April is going to be good to go for re opening so we are full steam ahead getting the shop re arranged, cleaned & ready to go!
We are likely to change our opening hours as time goes on and we get a feel for how you, our customer, wants to shop now so we are thinking that we will open a bit later in the day and also close later on some days and the appointment system we trialled in 2020 worked really well so please contact us and we will offer these up to 9pm on certain days.
We have some great new tables and chairs coming for 2021 and for those that are going to be working away from the office more now, some really nice home office ranges including an app controlled electrically height adjustable sit stand desk.

Our appointments system is working really well now for customers that can't get in during the day (or don't want to visit during normal opening hours) and as a reminder you can book for any weekday up to 9pm and some Sundays during the day.

We are aiming to re open on 1/6/2020 and at present we are putting in place hand sanitiser stations at both entrances for customers to use when entering and leaving our store. We will also be putting in a one way system to safely distance customers who may be visiting at the same time.
We are now offering an appointment system where you are able to book a visit and view at leisure without other customers being here at the same time. please call (from 1/6/2020) 0118 9787740 or email (now) shop@station.furniture to book your visit. We will be available up until 9pm for these appointments.
Most of our factories are getting back to normal, although reduced, operation & production but due to the lockdown lead times have reduced (in most cases) for delivery of customer orders. We still quote approx 8 weeks but in many cases this will now be much quicker!
All of our furniture is European made in modern, safe factories who have all put distancing in place and are supporting workers who have had to isolate due to concerns of the virus but we will be checking with our other suppliers for accessories etc to make sure their factories are doing the same.

Hi, our retail shop still remains closed but our webshop is very much open. We are getting good deliveries from most of our suppliers now and they should be getting quicker over the next few weeks as lockdown eases over Europe.

We are looking to introduce a 'viewing by appointment ' service for those of you that would like to visit us when the shop is shut to minimise contact with other customers as well as some regular opening hours with measures put in place to make sure we all keep a safe distance from each other.
We are also purchasing some hand sanitising stations that can be used upon entering and leaving the shop and will hope to have these up and running in time for when we're open again.

If you have placed an order with us we are still recieving deliveries from our European factories but delivery times have been extended due to distancing protocols that have been put in place inside the factories to protect the workers. Transport across Europe is also taking longer due to border checks at most countries but these should start to ease soon.
We do expect delivery times to start coming down for new orders placed through our website as most of the factories have caught up with lead times because of the lesser amount of orders from the other countries they supply.
Mobitec our chair supplier & Sits, our sofa supplier are both fully operational and have good stocks of material to fulfil new orders placed. Our other factories also have a good supply of Oak to carry on making the fantastic tables & cabinet furniture they produce for us.

Our Wokingham shop is temporarily closed but all of our European factories are still producing & delivering to the UK and we are still delivering to our customers where suitable, safe access allows.
